Amanda Mulholland is the Learning and Development Manager for the Police Crime Prevention Academy. Her practitioner experience is rooted in community safety and partnership working within local councils in England and Northern Ireland over 25 years.
Her occupational competence in training development and delivery includes five years as a course director at the Home Office Crime Prevention Centre, developing and delivering new community safety qualifications in Northern Ireland and on-going CPD up to her employment in February 2018 by Police Crime Prevention Initiatives.
Amanda's relevant qualifications currently include the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices; the D32/33 assessor award updated to the A1 assessor Award in 2019; and a Certificate in Training Practice. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
